The Moon of Much Gladness

The fourth Kai Lung book, and much scarcer than the first three, which were quite popular in their time. The following information is from the Ernest Bramah Bibliography website:

 

London [etc.]: Cassell and Company, Ltd., May 1932. 316 pp. 7s. 6d. Green cloth boards. Stamped in blind on upper cover: [The whole enclosed within rules]. Stamped in gilt on spine: [rule] | THE | MOON | OF MUCH | GLADNESS | ERNEST | BRAMAH | CASSELL | [rule] |. All edges trimmed. The leaves measure 7.3125" by 4.75".

The autograph letter. The envelope is pasted to the front free endpaper, with the letter folded inside. Note the amusing stamp cancel.
